Evolving over thousands of years, the bogs in Ireland are 100% natural and organic. The process of creating the turf starts in early April and continues through to August. There are a number of steps to creating the best turf including turning and drying. It is a very labour intensive process but once it is harvested it is taken to the factory to be turned into the Irish Smoke BBQ Products including Chips and Sods.Once a few chips are placed on the BBQ or a smoker, it slowly smokes your food, with no tears to the eye. It burns hotter than charcoal and lasts far longer. Each chip is 3/4 inch in thickness.We invite single through to bulk packers to try our product!
